Dr. Scholl’s Cozy Cushions {review}

I got these from Influenster in my Rose VoxBox to try out and let you know what I think of them.  I chose a bitter cold Nebraska day for my test.  When I left work work it was 7 degrees with a windchill of -5.  I have an older pair of ugg-style boots (I’m too cheap to buy real uggs!) that I love to wear in the winter because they are super comfy and broken in.  The drawback I noticed was there isn’t much cushion left in them after a few years.

I had the Dr. Scholl’s Cozy Cushions laying by my desk for review so put them in.

As you can see from the pictures, they are quite “fuzzy” and thick.  Initially they feel a little tight in the shoe with your foot because of this, however within an hour it was less noticeable.

They are WARM!  I’m not talking sweaty feet but if I wasn’t wearing this on a frigid day, they might be too warm.  My mom jokes that I got my grandma’s cold feet, and once they get chilled, I’m screwed!  These are keeping them toasty warm and comfortable.

I haven’t seen these in stores, but I’ll admit, I wasn’t looking for them.  I feel that insoles of any kind are truly hit & miss.  Some are better than others, but I swear by Dr. Scholls Active Series for my sneakers and would rank these equally as good.

Bottom Line:  If you live in the northern parts of the country where it gets pretty chilly – I would hands down recommend these.  I have worn them for a day now and will leave them in my boots.  I did just wear them on a normal office day, so I’m not sure how these would hold up on a day of walking or outdoor activities, but I think they’d be alright.

Thanks for stopping by Gracious Luck today!  Have you tried a warm & fuzzy insert like these?  I didn’t even know they existed until my Rose Voxbox!

    seems like a good product. I got some different insoles from Influenster and liked them. I really need to be more active on that site though.
