Hi Loves! Happy almost – New Year! 🙂 Last January I jumped on a 30 day challenge with Yoga with Adriene and I’m doing her new challenge starting Friday for January 2016! What a great way to kick off the new year and hopefully get back into my yoga groove!
2015 was a year of learning for me. On June 26 I made that initial decision to start taking control of my life instead of laying around and eating whatever. Well…I still struggle with eating the wrong foods – but I’m still over 20lbs down and hopefully will continue to drop that number. I worked on forming habits in 2015. Getting into an exercise habit – that sadly….I have slacked on the past couple months so I’m starting fresh with Adriene. While my weight is still down – I need to get back into working out and uncrunching. Stay tuned for updates on my new 30 day experience and how things are going.
