Hi Loves! Well…it wouldn’t be a GL Gets Fit in January without some sort of sickness post! I was plauged last week with a couple late nights and an infection. Not to worry – I got a prescription but at the same time, I took a few days to rest. Actually I took a full week off. I’m still recovering but feel like I don’t need to sleep for 23 hours so thats good! I’ll pick up where I left off with Adriene last week.
It goes to remind me that so times you can’t do everything and you need to just take a minute to relax and restore your body. So I did -and this week I’ll get back into my daily practice.
