Hi Loves! And Hello February!! Cliche but can you believe we’ve already gone through a month of 2016?!
Part way thru January I came down with some serious sinus headaches and infection I mentioned last week. I’m finally feeling more alive again and decided yesterday, February 1 – it was time to just hit the reset button.
I am picking up at the beginning of Yoga With Adriene’s Yoga Camp – and doing days 1 & 2 again. I’ll be traveling in the end of the month but for now that is my plan. I am also getting back into a steps challenge of trying to hit a goal of 5000 steps a day. I know that doesn’t sound like much – but I’ve been pretty lazy lately so I want to ease back into getting my steps in before I tackle a goal like 10,000 again!
Weight wise – I gained a pound in the past week. Although – I wasn’t moving much and indulging in some of my favorite goodies. The blame is all on my own. Over the weekend I stocked up on fruit – some of my favorite standby’s like apples, bananas, and mandarins! Oh and cheese – I love cheese – I snagged a package of my favorite string cheese as well. 🙂
I hope this is finding you well – as I’m typing this – I’m having a snow day from work! It doesn’t happen often – but even as an adult – snow days are still enjoyable!
