GL Gets Fit #110 {lazy days}

Fitness Motivation:  Hi Loves!  It was a lazy week.  I saw this quote and my immediate response was… not that bad! 😦  I’ve been in a funk the past week.  I’m not sure what my problem is.

For the first time in 2 years…I didn’t really care if I weighed in or not.  Thats bad. What is going on with me?!  The good news is I didn’t gain any weight in the past week.  The bad news – I’ve been on this number for 3 weeks so I’m pretty sure I found my body’s lazy / happy place.

I have no challenges motivating me.  I tried buying a couple fun new workout shirts before No Spendtember but even my cute shirts aren’t helping.  I have a busy night tonight but I’m thinking that tomorrow I take it back to the beginning.  10-15 minutes of something.  Yoga? Walking? Weights – I don’t care.  At least 10 minutes a day Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat.  (Keep your fingers crossed for me! – I need all the help and positive vibes I can get!)
