Hi Loves! Holy guacamole – last week was rough. I was hurting for most of it and slept a lot. I’m not sure if I had a bug and some acid reflux but dang… it was bad.
By Friday I was feeling slightly more human and Saturday – my craziest day – I was feeling pretty great but still taking it easy.
However, since I was feeling so crummy any sort of working out was pushed aside so I could feel better for a fun weekend. That said, I didn’t really do much other than work and rest and try to eat boring foods that wouldn’t aggravate my tummy.
So its a new week. Last night I crossed 6000 steps and had over 8000 on Saturday but Sunday was a lazy day since I didn’t get to bed until 3am the night before. I’m considering starting my 30 day thigh challenge over since it got pushed aside a few times in the past 30 days and it was fun and got me moving in new ways.
The update of the week – I didn’t gain. I didn’t lose but I didn’t gain so considering that I was feeling terrible and ate out a couple times, I’ll take that as a good thing!
Goals – I’m hoping to get at least 5000 steps a day this week. I’ll get back into netflix and walking this week and start my thigh challenge over.
