GL Gets Fit #118 {lacking disipline}

Today, be the Badass Girl you were too Lazy to Be Yesterday – #fitfam #fitspiration #motivation: This past week was another blah week.  I did one day of yoga.  Still missing out on 2 other yoga days.  I can’t sugar coat it, I just didn’t feel like doing it.  Plain and simple.

I need to figure out how to get back into my groove.  Either with yoga or steps or something.  I’ve tried mornings but they are rough for me, so I think I need to focus on getting it in after work.  The problem is I tend to run errands after work but I’ll just need to do it when I get home regardless.

What’s your trick when you’re not in the mood to work out?  How do you beat this hurdle?  I’m just stuck in a funk where I don’t want to do a dang thing!

The sort of good news is that while I had an indulgent weekend with my girls drinking wine and eating delicious goat cheese, I didn’t gain.  I stayed exactly the same but I’ll take it.

This week -well yesterday and today I’m trying to focus on a smart, solid breakfast and eating better.  Lets hope I can keep the momentum going for at least being a better eater.
