Merry Christmas Loves! Rather than post about how I plan on eating smart and exercising (which I hope to at least eat smart!) – I wanted to send you all a very special Christmas wish.
As 2016 is wrapping up, I wanted to take a moment to tell you all Merry Christmas and as my quote this week states – I hope you all have a happy, healthy, and loved 2017!
This year has been full of wonderful moments and experiences, some heart break, and moments of hope for me. This Christmas I hope you’re able to take a moment and pause and just savor the moment. The moments with family and friends, despite the chaos that usually accompanies it. 🙂 The smells of delicious foods cooking. The feeling of warmth and love that is deep down in your bones. You are loved by so many. If you’re not able to spend it with friends and family, I hope you have a lovely day and are able to at least speak with them.
In the spirit of a true GL Gets Fit post – I do have to confess that last week I gained half a pound. 😦 Its not a bad thing, just trying to keep up and being snowed in last weekend didn’t help matters any! Here’s hoping this week finds us all in happiness and excitement about Christmas and spending time with family.
Until next week – I also loved the Christmas quote below. I love seeing Santa and while I know better, I still believe there is magic surrounding Christmas. Merry Christmas Loves.
PS… I have been listening to Christmas music since Thanksgiving. I love it! I’m curious. What is your favorite Christmas song (religious and/or non-religious). I have a ton…
Non-Religious: White Christmas (Bing Crosby), The Christmas Song (Nat King Cole), Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Jingle Bell Rock…and several more. 🙂
And religious: Oh Holy Night, Silent Night, It Came Upon a Midnight Clear, Breath of Heaven and many more.
