GL Gets Fit #125 {a revolution}

Hi Loves!  I hope you had a wonderful and delicious Christmas!  To be honest, I was dreading my weigh in today since I knew I indulged over the weekend on delicious treats.  But, every Tuesday I do it whether I like it not.  So…I gained 2 pounds.

Ok – that is a bummer moment but I didn’t do anything to not gain 2 pounds either.  So as much as I’d like to wallow in being upset at myself… I’m not going to.  We’re moving on.  Starting now!

I’ve been doing Yoga with Adriene off and on for a couple years now.  I love that every January she comes out with a FREE 30 day yoga series that you can do off of youtube every day.  I started with 30 days of yoga, then yoga camp, and now yoga revolution.  I cannot wait for January 1 so I can jump in to a new series with her and get back in to my yoga groove!  This one is the first to be 31 days and I’m looking forward to it.  If you’d like to try it too – check out this linke {HERE}.  Its free so even if its not your thing – give it a shot!

I don’t really do resolutions, they just aren’t worth it to me.  I will say that I will try to commit to doing yoga for 31 days and go from there.  Fingers crossed, in next week’s GL Gets Fit – I’ll be a couple days in to this adventure.

Until then – have a lovely end of 2016, I think the best is yet to come for all of us.
