After last week’s post I was in a fantastic mood from spending a couple late nights with some of my best friends.  This week, I’m dragging.

I worked late every night last week to take Friday afternoon off for a doctor’s appointment.  It was just a physical but for the most part, that went really well.  Then I worked about 8 hours Saturday and Sunday I was lazy.

Yesterday I got off work at 5.  I hadn’t been off at my normal time for over 2 weeks.  I’m not sure what it is about an extra hour or so of work a day that just seems to kick my butt!  I had every intention of doing yoga after work but found myself cooking and cleaning that had been a bit neglected for the past couple weeks.

Tonight my meeting isn’t until later so I hope to get in a session to help me reset. I also picked up a bunch of fruit – which I love.  I will eat them, if I have them on hand.  If not… I find myself reaching for chips, candy, etc.  Hoping to get back into my old routine’s that I had in January since the first half of Feb was craziness!

With that said – I stayed the same weight.  Since I was on the go a lot and eating a crazy mix of food, I’m going to accept that as is.  Not good, not bad, it just is what it is.
