Hi Loves! I’m setting myself up to get jinxed but I’m picking up a May challenge. We’ll see how far I actually get on it… I’ll paste it below for you! 🙂 It’s a 31 day Squat, Lunge, & Push Up Plan. I have weak ankles that I found out about when I did weight lifting competitions in high school. I’m not sure how I’ll fair on lunges but I’m going to take it slow and try. Even if I have to break it up into a few times throughout the day – I think I want to try and do this one! I’ll paste the graphic below and you can read about the challenge (here).
This week I did get in one day of yoga stretching but not two. 😦 But it was a crazy week so I’m just going to view May as a blank slate. Let’s see how this latest experiment goes! I didn’t gain or lose weight this week so I’m going to move forward on this challenge and since I just found it today (May 2) I’m going to do days 1 & 2 today. Next week I’ll let you know how my first week went! Hopefully I can stick with it!
