This week found me back at getting 3 days of yoga in.  They ranged from 40-60 minutes and they were hard! I like testing myself to see how far I’ve come in the past couple months, but mostly, to see if I can hold poses again.

To be honest, one I know I could hold in the past was a impossible last night.  But I’ll just work towards getting that back.  Last night’s yoga might have been the most rewarding.  It was 45 minutes focused on deep stretching and movement.  It was challenging but also hit some spots that I didn’t know I was tight in.  While it wasn’t focused on burning fat and calories, it focused on breathing and slowly stretching into poses to help open up various areas of the body.  It was also just what I needed after a crazy Monday.

This week – I’m going to set another intention of 3 days of yoga with the hope and desire to get more in.  Also – I am down half a pound!  Within a pound of my low a month ago!  I’m getting closer!  I hope you have a wonderful week friends!
