This week’s struggle was motivation. I had a meeting Tuesday night, was out of town Wednesday night, but did yoga Thursday. Then Friday-Sunday I didn’t workout, but did again last night in a walking workout with some hand weights.
I’ve tried morning workouts, they kind of work, but I’m not that much of a morning person! 🙂
This week I should be able to work out Wed, Thur, Fri, Sat (in theory)! I realized last night that in doing a walking work out I miss doing that too, so I’m hoping to integrate walking into my workouts again. Mon/Wed/Fri – yoga and Tues/Thurs walking and arm work. My flabby upper arms or bat wings as I call them have annoyed me since I was a teen. In fact I started doing weight lifting competitions in high school as a way to build muscle and figured if I had big arms, they might as well be solid! 🙂
Lastly – I gained a pound. I wasn’t eating very smart tho, I know that, and I ate out 3 days last week. (Tue/Wed/Sat) Lets hope this week is a little better, and smarter eating choices are made!
I’m setting a goal to work out 3 days this week but I’d like to try and get 5 days in. Fingers crossed, I do it! Until next week – have a great day! xo
