I don’t believe in resolutions. They never work for me. So I set an intention. This year’s intention is based off a song that I am currently loving. It’s called “Meant to be” – Bebe Rexha & FGL. (Click the title to listen – you might like it!)
My intention for 2018 is – if it’s meant to be, it’ll be.
If you know me well, you know that patience is not one of my strong points, but I’m going to try my best moving forward to just let things that I cannot control “be” and if it’s supposed to work out, then it will. This will probably be hard for me, but so far, I like it.
Starting in January I’m doing 2 challenges; my annual 30 days of yoga, and the other a 21 day money challenge. I’ll fill you in the second one soon!
I cannot wait to dive in to 30 days of yoga starting today!!! I’m sure it will kick my butt but I am looking forward to it. I did a gentle session last night and was surprised after a long week of work and no yoga how tight my legs got. Time to get uncrunched and start 2018 in a good place. Lastly – I’m down almost 2 pounds! After a long week of craziness at work, snow, and a healthy dose of sub-zero temperatures I wasn’t sure what this week’s weigh in would look like. Starting today as I mentioned, I’m jumping on the 30 days of yoga train and hope to successfully get my yoga in every single day.
