Happy Monday night! Where the heck did my week go!?! I spent the weekend working some, and trying to finish a huge family restoration project.
I also probably didn’t eat the best, but one thing at a time!
I focused this week on getting more steps in. Walking more at work, to my office, around work, etc. Last week I lost about half a pound. Its nothing fantastic, but it is what it is.
This week, I have another crazy schedule but I’m looking forward to a 3 day weekend! Sorry this is a short post, I’m hoping to have more to tell you next time! Until next week’s post, have a wonderful day loves!
