Happy Thursday Loves!
I’m now officially 2.5 weeks into working out with my trainer. Today’s workout was rough. We did weights for about 30 minutes and then finished with 10 minutes on a stair climber. I’m not even going to lie, I wasn’t sure how I was going to make it after 2 minutes I wanted to quit. But he kept by my side, kept talking to me, and we got thru it. Continue reading
